In this SkillPop Anywhere class you will learn the basics of the sourdough process, from understanding the science of sourdough to creating and caring for your own sourdough starter. Courtney, the author of the website Butter For ALL and long time sourdough baker will demonstrate the steps of creating a sourdough starter and walk you through the fermentation process. You will leave class with the tools and knowledge to create and achieve a perfect loaf of sourdough bread.
