Chef Shai Fargian of Yafo Kitchen and Chef Chris Coleman of Stoke collaborate on a 5 course meal inspired by their shared appreciation of bold flavors, cultured cuisine, and local ingredients. Enjoy cocktails and passed hors d oeuvres before being seated for the first course at 7:00 p.m. Both Chefs will be sharing the narrative of the dishes as you dine. Mediterranean and NC wine pairings availble for purchase under the ticket title "paired meal." A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Piedmont Culinary Guild.
