Special event: Ignite Charlotte 3 CL Recommends

When: Tue., Sept. 13, 7 p.m. 2011
Ignite Charlotte - an innovative gathering where speakers use 20 slides that auto-advance every 15 seconds, allowing them five minutes to talk up whatever creative ideas are awakening the brain - flows with the mantra of "Enlighten us, but make it quick." Taking on Charlotte for a third time, the event at Neighborhood Theatre will feature speakers from the Charlotte area, an icebreaker contest and networking opportunities. Already scheduled topics include "How to Turn a Bad Date Into a Good Date" by Matt Charron, "The Passion of Latin American Boleros" by Ana Lucia Divins, "Designers Taking Action: Help Communities in Need" by Scott Lagueux, "Your Office Chair is Killing You" by Adam Howell, and a whole lot more intriguing subject matter. For more information and details on the evenings topics, visit www.ignitecharlotte.org.
