For years you've heard the saying "Milk does a body good," but have you been listening? If not, now's the time to start drinking up (you know, if you aren't lactose intolerant), as the "Mustache Mobile Tour" visits Charlotte as part of its national Drink Well. Live Well. Campaign, which aims to encourage folks to drink nature's wellness drink -- milk. Those who attend can learn more about why milk is beneficial and participate in health assessments by registered dietians, as well as try samples of milk and smoothies, get a five-minute chair massage or take a souvenir Milk Mustache photo. A chance to win a personal chef consultation, courtesy of Real Simple magazine, will also be up for grabs through a sweepstakes you can enter on-site. For more information, visit www.whymilk.com.
