• Wanting to celebrate Halloween with a scare? Charlotte's got your fix of haunted attractions. Carowinds transforms into Scarowinds and The Haunted Mill corrupts Wilkinson Boulevard, with a haunted mill tour and cosmic 3-D mini-golf. There's also ghouls lurking on Independence Boulevard, for Nightmare on Independence, which features two floors of terror -- Mystery Mansion and Blood Basement. • CarnEVIL brings two nights of mayhem into Amos' Southend. • Celebrate via the Rocky Horro-ween party, which offers a screening of the cult-favorite musical/movie The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
