A new plan that began to manifest in August to September is arriving at a turning point. This is a time in which you are challenged to pour more resources into the plan or let it go. You have fantasies about returning to safety, but you know you cannot. This is a small hurdle that may look bigger than it is.

For All Signs: Astrological forecasting shares a kinship with the weather report. The difference is that in astrological forecasting we predict the psychological climate. When the psychological atmosphere is known and blended with an understanding of human nature, the astrologer can make an educated "forecast" about what is likely going to happen. Our states of mind and feelings are what generate events, just as the level of the barometer + temperature + wind are used to predict weather. Neither of them is 100 percent, but it is useful to know the prevailing psychological condition, just as we like to know the probability of rain.

Aries: There is a subtle conflict beneath the surface of your mind just now. You are attempting to hold both a large view and a narrow perspective at the same time. A concrete example could be represented by the desire to travel (expand, grow) versus the need to hold to security and the familiar things of life.

Taurus: You have the opportunity during this period to expand your social territory. You may also be experiencing gifts and benefits offered to you from others. This generosity in turn, is absorbed into your psyche and you want to return the favor with those in your life who have been important or are in need.

Gemini: For the next three weeks you will want to experiment with and try on multiple points of view. You probably will be taking "polls" among friends and associates. Your capacity for objective thinking grows during this period and it is generally a good time to discuss relationship issues with partners and close associates.

Cancer: You continue to struggle with a conflict between what you feel and what you think. When we have this issue, we usually are temporarily paralyzed. Our minds see what is logical, rational and orderly. But our hearts are in the space of feelings, which have no rules.

Leo: This is a challenging time. Your heart wants to make light and easy, go out and play. But your sense of responsibility keeps you on task. You know if you ignore what must be done that you probably couldn't really enjoy the play. This is a time for deal making with the Taskmaster inside your head.

Virgo: During early September you began the initial steps of materializing your new life direction. At this point you arrive at a turning point. There is the possibility that you could turn back toward the known and secure position.

Libra: During this period you are experiencing favorable outcomes to that which you initiated in the mid-90s. The identifying factor is that the project involved communications, writing or education. The effect of that beginning has rippled like a wave through your life and is returning benefits now.

Scorpio: It is routine for you to worry about money and income. However, your desire to travel is overtaking your desire to save money. Someone offers a financial gift or another resource that gives you hope and makes this dream more possible.

Capricorn: A new plan that evolved in late summer is arriving at a turning point. Sometimes our ideas take a twist of their own. The hard-working Goats almost always choose to see a path through to its end. This time, however, it may be better to back away and try a different path toward the same goal.

Aquarius: It is possible you are moving through a period in which nothing makes sense to you. Your experiences may seem totally off the charts. And on the other hand it all makes perfect sense, if you notice the symbolism of what is happening. Intuition is strong.

Pisces: Aspects particularly favor romance, social life and also career. Keep your mind open for anything or anyone new and different. You will recognize it because of the moderate surprise element.
