For the Week of May 1-May 7, 2003

For All Signs This month we are experiencing the last of three aspects between Saturn and Neptune that began mid-summer, 2002. This is one of the cosmic indicators of a depressed economy, but the good news is that this one will be past in June. The root issues began in 1989. Individually, it has represented a period in which the dreams/hopes initiated in 1989 require a better honed definition and clearer identity, if they were not scuttled in 1998.

Aries In August of 2002, you started something new in the arena of romance, creative effort, or children. Now that fresh beginning arrives at a turning point. This is where you decide to commit more of your resources or let it go. Tweaking of your attitude may be necessary.

Taurus This is a busy week for you, with multiple cosmic aspects. It appears that the overall theme encourages you to be a strong supporter for the "good" in relation to work and authorities. If you tackle it aggressively, someone with a bigger punch will fight back.

Gemini This period of time just before your birthday is not the best time of year for the normally outgoing Twins. And this week in particular, you may be inclined to think yourself into an emotionally difficult place. Stop short of obsessing. It won't help.

Cancer The Cancerian crab has moods that go with the tides, and this week's mood may not be your brightest. You are feeling concerns about relationships and wanting to maintain at least a cordial connection to someone who may be particularly difficult.

Leo You initiated a significant change in your approach to life last summer probably in the direction of opening your heart and mind beyond the norm. You should be seeing a result in your relationships. You are in the public eye and your work is on display.

Virgo There is probably a lot of talk and activity in the arenas of education, philosophy, the law, foreign cultures, or travel. Communications are flying rapidly, but remember that Mercury is retrograde. Nothing is set in concrete and everything is subject to change.

Libra You have great aspects for love, romance and all dealings with significant others or clientele. Someone loves you and will let you know it through special words or a gift. Your energy is drawn to enjoy the arts, music, color and design.

Scorpio Coworkers and those nearby are especially willing to lend you a helping hand this week. You are asked to make a decision on a career or life goal project that began last August. It has since changed shape and asks you to pour more of yourself into it.

Sagittarius There is a lot of emphasis on communications this week, but you may be doing much more talking than drawing conclusions. This is a better time to evaluate and think things over, rather than to act on them. Aspects are very good for love life and creative energy.

Capricorn You are coming down to the finish line on a project that began a year or more ago. You have only a few more pieces to put in place and you can call it done, hallelujah! A family member may trip an old fear-of-abandonment trigger, along the way to just being herself.

Aquarius Changes initiated by your partner (business or personal) last summer are showing signs of results now. He/she may be enjoying applause. It is possible you are feeling competitive. Plow that energy into something productive for your own use.

Pisces Fish born in the first 10 days or so of the sign are being shaken awake. Suggestion: Open up your mind and let the changes come to you right now. Don't be the initiator yet. For all it is a social week, with emphasis on communications.
