Stargazer

For the week of Mar. 24 Mar. 30, 2005

Aries The Ram (Mar. 20 Apr. 19) You may have encountered an old wound or source of discomfort that needs to be healed. Make amends with friends or others with whom you have shared disagreements. The real wound is old history and it is probable today’s experience is not connected in any real way to that.

For All Signs The Sun moved into Aries on Sunday, Mar. 20. Thus began our first official day of spring, the day the Sun appeared to cross the earth’s equator from the southern hemisphere to the north. This change marks the first day of the year in zodiacal time, and symbolically augurs new beginnings. Venus and Mercury also happen to be in Aries at this time, so this sign is highly accented. Aries is learning courage, honesty, and the strength to be him/herself under any circumstances. An Aries will sometimes leap before looking, but maturity teaches him to use caution in risky circumstances.

Taurus A bit of R&R is in order. You are in need of some time for introspection and reflection. Now is a good time for a relative withdrawal into the quiet. This energy lasts for about a month, but this week would be ideal for a vacation.

Gemini This is a particularly social time for you, as you reacquaint yourself with persons from past associations. A “win” or a coup from a long time ago may be brought back into the limelight, giving you a special fresh stroke for the ego.

Cancer You are experiencing a subtle shift of direction. The Moon Children are so prone to wide mood swings that this one may cause you to wonder if the changes you anticipate are really happening. You are on the verge of stepping forward, taking a risk, or moving out on your own.

Leo You will likely be hearing from long lost people who live at a distance this week. This is a particularly social time. Good news may come from any of these sectors: legal interests, education, publishing or publicity, church affiliations, or travel.

Virgo This week you may uncover secrets, either those you have kept from yourself, or one that has been kept within the family. Searching and digging through old things yields a possibility of profit. A previous error could be discovered and corrected.

Libra This is an extraordinarily busy week focusing on the important people in your life. Clientele, if you have them, will also play a significant role. A person from the past will contact you to touch base. You may enjoy a particularly tantalizing occasion.

Scorpio Your focus shifts at this time to matters of home, property, and family. Through the next six weeks you may be handling heavy work around your home, and/or making repairs. Consider what you need to do to heal relationships with members of your family of origin.

Sagittarius Your world is full of people and this month it is especially so. Romance appears to be on the menu, along with spreading contacts and connections throughout your environment. You may be considering a marriage or partnership. But how can you choose just one, when there are so many options?

Capricorn This is a quiet week for the Goats. You will find it refreshing because you need time to plan your next career moves. Mercury is retrograde so it is better not to bet money at present. Prepare your facts so you can move forward.

Aquarius Mars, the red planet of war, entered your sign last week and will be traveling with you until Mar. 29. This energy is best used on heavy projects or take challenging initiatives. Deal upfront with this assertive power.

Pisces Take a break, Pisces, and go for a swim underwater where it is quiet, dark and peaceful. There are no fresh aspects in your territory this week, which says that you may have time to catch up or daydream. Maybe you need to read a good book. Take your choice.
