Teen Allergy Workshop
The next IMPAKT gettogether will be the start of the workshop series for the youth of PAK, ages 8 – 17. This project was made possible through a community award from Food Allergy Research & Education (FARE). It will be run by Jon Eccleston, LCSW from Carolinas Therapy Solutions.
The workshops will cover all aspects of dealing with a severe allergy diagnosis in an age appropriate manner. Topics to be covered but are not limited to: stress, anxiety, dealing with friends, schools, outside activities, autoinjector management and the like.
