This 6-day long workshop prepares anyone, at any level of experience for a regular ashtanga practice by:
•removing misconceptions about the rigor of the physical practice
•returning the focus of the mind
•developing and supporting the natural stability and strength of the body
•bringing natural mobility to the body gradually without force
•providing deep restorative benefits to the Central Nervous System
As a student you will learn all about the philosophy and practices embedded in the Ashtanga methodology.
