REHAB RASCALS: While being transported to a rehab facility via bus, two recovering addicts became engaged in an argument, during which time one man threatened to do bodily harm to the other. While he didn't make good on this threat, the next morning when the two men were again boarding the bus, the same volatile rehab patient stated he was going to kill his fellow addict. The threatened man told police that he reported the incident to administrators at the rehab facility, but felt "no one would listen." The man advised police he would attempt to get a warrant on the suspect.

ONE TOUGH BROAD: While in the parking lot of a storage facility, a man was approached by his estranged girlfriend who stated, "If you call the police on me or go to court on the other charges you have on me, I will have you killed." The fearsome female then pulled out a gun and pointed it at the man's head, then smacked him in the face which sent the poor guy's glasses flying. Still not done, the woman stomped on the man's glasses, shattering them, then proceeded to smash out three windows on the man's camper trailer.

KITCHEN CONUNDRUM: Responding to an ad she saw in the paper, a woman arranged to purchase several kitchen appliances. The man who placed the ad told the woman the appliances had been ordered for a home that was under construction in which he was serving as the subcontractor. The woman paid the man in full, and made arrangements to pick up the appliances at a local home supply store. However, upon arriving at the store, she was told that half the appliances had never been paid for or even ordered. The swindled woman told police that, since then, the man has been avoiding her and she believes he has no intention of making good on their deal.

TURNABOUT IS DUMB PLAY: A man called police and reported that the clerk at a convenience store caused him bodily injury while kicking him out of the store. According to the store clerk, he had ordered the other man to leave the store, but before doing so, the man reached inside a cooler, grabbed a beer, and started for the exit. The store clerk then grabbed the beer from the pesky customer and pushed him out the door. The allegedly injured beer-grabber corroborated the clerk's story, and no charges were filed.
