The final weekend of the annual Carolina Renaissance Festival is here. This festival transports visitors to an European style county fair with a rabble of knights, rogues, royalty and craftsmen, all roaming a 20-acre village stocked with 100 quaint shops, 9 stages of non-stop entertainments, an arena for full-contact armored jousting, royal kitchens, pubs, and people powered games and rides. This is also an art and craft fair. Find the festival at 16445 Poplar Tent Rd., Huntersville. Nov. 12 & 13, Sat. & Sun., 10am-5:30pm. Admission is $5-$17.
