Award-winning cookbook author Sandra Gutierrez has been described as a “bi-cultural cook who blends ingredients, traditions, and culinary techniques, creatively marrying the diverse and delicious cuisines of more than twenty Latin American countries with the beloved food of the American South.”
She joins us for a talk on New Southern Latino cuisine and what that means for both our plates and sense of place. Following her talk, guests will enjoy food samples and a book signing.
