Many believe that each of us has a soul mate, our one true love, the person we're destined to spend the rest of our life with. Others live by the saying that there are plenty of fish in the sea. Jacques Offenbach 's opera Les Contes d'Hoffmann (The Tales of Hoffman) falls into the latter category. It's based on stories by 19th century writer/composer/artist E.T.A. Hoffmann. In the opera, Hoffmann reflects on his three former loves: Olympia, Antonia and Giuletta. $15-$17.
