Wormholes Residency
Each Wednesday night in May, the Wormholes bring their singular space-rock vibe to Snug along with likeminded friends. On the third Wednesday, May 16, the band unleashes its new album, Cosmic Propaganda.
On Wednesday, May 2, the band welcomes Charlotte indie-rockers the Business People and Modern Primitives. On May 9, the Wormholes play with the reggae band Lovely Budz, as well as Swim In the Wild. On May 16, out-of-town acts Indighost and Rare Creatures, as well as the Charlotte duo The Lady Comes First join the band. May 23 is all-out electronics when the Wormholes play with local ambient-dance duo Astrea Corp. And on May 30, the Wormholes will perform an all-covers set ranging from songs by Radiohead and Tame Impala to the Red Hot Chili Peppers — done from their own spacey perspective.
