Yin Yang Wanderlust Class with Wendy Swanson and Ashley Voyer

Together Yang and Yin form to create a complete whole. In this special Wanderlust karma class, Ashley Voyer will start us off with breath guided movement to build internal heat. Wendy Swanson will help us to rejuvenate with deeper, longer floor based stretches. You will leave shining as brightly as the sun and as peaceful as the midnight sky.
All proceeds benefit Molli Richwagon. Molli has been a Be Yoga desk ambassador since our Carmel Studio opened in July 2012. She is currently battling pancreatic cancer. Please help support this beautiful, light filled young woman and her family.
