Yin Yang Workshop with CJ Lawing and Kellie Jackson Daniel

CJ will begin by leading a 1 hour Yin practice, a restorative practice offering the opportunity to experience internal energy movement in the framework of stillness. The postures are typically relaxed into and from 3-5 minutes. Once the layers of the body have surrendered, Kellie will lead you into a 1 hour Yang class. This portion of the class will focus on the muscular realm of the body, moving through a more vigorous flow of standing postures linked with the breath. The combination of these practices done in tandem will nourish the body and provide deep renewal. .
