Last Friday night was the inaugural Ladies Night at Suite in the Epicentre. The rain didn't keep women away from indulging in the free champagne and raffle drawings. Saturday, Memorial Stadium was packed with beer drinkers, cornhole players, bands like Southern Culture on the Skids, and more with the 10th annual Charlotte Oktoberfest Beer Festival. Dixie's Tavern was the venue to be at last Saturday for a free live concert featuring The Offspring, The Bravery and DJ Benji Madden of Good Charlotte. The party was a celebration to introduce T-Mobile to its new Carolina neighbors.
