Black images in comic books

Posted By on Mon, Mar 3, 2008 at 2:44 PM

Just an FYI: Creative Loafing Editor, and writer of the weekly "Comic Proportions" column, Carlton Hargro (that's me) will be hosting a brief presentation about African-American images in comic books on March 13 at the Levine Museum of the New South. If you're interested in comic books or black history, you'll probably enjoy this event.

Oh, and I'm damn funny, too.
