Faith?

It's a bird. No it's a plane. No, it's superwoman also known as Kathie Lee Gifford who has returned to morning talk in the form of co-host of the Today Show's  unnecessary fourth hour. She is looking great, enthusiastic and back to her annoying self. I had the opportunity to get reacquainted with Mrs. Gifford as she explained away former NY Governor Eliot Spitzer's bad behavior.  She took up for the battered missus, Silda Spitzer, who has been catching flack for standing by her man because she is deeply spiritual and doing what it takes to keep a family together, as if this is a noble and godly act. Staying with a dethroned governor and alleged criminal with a prostitute fetish? Yeah, I'm sure that God is somewhere in there. What a great role model for three, young impressionable daughters. They are certainly benefiting from this noble act. I'm a little sick of women training young girls to be abused by their husbands under the  guise of "faith" and  keeping the family intact. God really wants you to live with someone who acts with no regard for his "family," and leads it into total and complete chaos? Sure. This argument is played out and I'm tuning Kathie Lee and it out.
