Posted By on Mon, Aug 25, 2008 at 2:45 PM

Charlotte always wants to rank high on these national lists that folk like Forbes and other rag--I mean magazines do.

Well, here's one where the QC is No. 7.

The Worst Cities to be a Sports Fan.

Here's what they say about us:

Teams: Panthers (NFL); Bobcats (NBA)

Median Household Income/Fan Cost Index: $46,119 / $248.03 (8th)

Teams' combined winning percentage: .398 (28th)

Playoff Appearances: 0

Championships: 0

Charlotte is relatively light on the wallet compared to other sports towns, but its' teams aren't worth seeing these days.
