Food / News Have an easy Thanksgiving

If the thought of stuffing a 12-lb. turkey, cooking up a bazillion side dishes, whipping up pumpkin pie and cleaning up your kitchen after a huge cooking-fest fills you with dread, go out to eat on Nov. 27! Ain't no shame in it. Same goes if you don't have any friends who want to invite you over to their T-giving feast.
To get a good ol' Thanksgiving meal, go to one of the many restaurants in town who are offering special menus for turkey day:
Ember Grille - Westin Charlotte
Enjoy a four-course prix-fixe Thanksgiving feast served from noon-4 p.m. and 5 p.m.-10 p.m., ($36). A la carte menu also available.
Hosting a Traditional Thanksgiving Brunch in the Ballantyne Ballroom from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
Special menu includes roast turkey, country style ham, garlic mashed potatoes, pumpkin praline cheesecake, & more!

Serving a turkey dinner including all the fixings for $19.95. Full menu also available.
