Bob Dylan will perform at the Time Warner Cable Uptown Amphitheatre on May 1, 2013. The legendary musician was last in Charlotte for a concert at UNC Charlotte in September of 2010.
Don’t confuse the venue with the similarly named uptown arena. The amphitheatre where Dylan will perform is the 5,000-capacity venue located at the N.C. Music Factory. We’re guessing this will sell out quickly, but no on-sale date has been announced.
Dawes has been named as the opening act.
