tues, oct. 20th – 11 am – 1 pm: enjoy healthy lunch & get tips for eating healthy from holistic health counselor aundrea from pure potential wellness
wed, oct. 21st – 11 am – 1 pm: meet our local suppliers; get information on where the ingredients come from and how they are produced from grateful growers, poplar ridge farm and breadsmith)
thurs, oct. 22nd – 11 am – 1 pm: relax and enjoy a free massage from the licensed massage therapists from massage heights
thurs, oct. 22nd – 2 – 4 pm: free coffee cupping with brent from counter culture coffee (space is limited – please register via facebook or sign-up in store)
fri, oct. 23rd – 11 am – as long as supplies last: all full sandwiches, crysps and wraps half price
