During Carolina Raptor Center’s Photo Wild event (March 20-21 & March 27-28), amateur and professional photographers can get up close and personal with some of nature’s big, beautiful birds of prey. The two-day raptor photo shoot starts with an “early-bird” breakfast at 7:30 a.m., followed by six 30-minute photo sessions. After the soaring three-hour photo shoot, folks can spend the final hour of each day photographing the Center’s well-trained flight show raptors. For more information or to register, call Amber Rosintoski at 704-875-6521, ext. 207 or e-mail arosintoski@carolinaraptorcenter.org.  Carolina Raptor Center is located at 6000 Sample Road, Huntersville.
