Actor’s Theatre of Charlotte’s latest production, Yankee Tavern, is a teasing mystery that will have your pulse racing­ — and that’s without alcohol in your system. The play centers around a young couple who work as proprietors at the Yankee Hotel; they face some serious scrutiny when a series of events begin to unravel, ultimately suggesting conspiracy theories in key events in American history.
