Girls night out, anyone? Blumenthal Performing Arts Center’s Girls Only: The Secret Comedy Of Women is taking what we all know as a night of female-oriented fun to a whole ‘nother level. The cast — comprised of two middle-aged women who read and reflect on their childhood diaries, as well as a range of feminine topics — use sketch comedy, improv, audience participation, songs and videos for the performance. There’s even a craft workshop on how to use tampons and maxi pads after menopause. You just know, you’re curious. Ladies, grab a gal pal, and men … you’ve been warned.
