Lew Herman
Lew Herman's been living Charlotte since 1978. He's been writing for Loaf and other publications since the 90's, mostly about music with the occasional travel piece thrown in. He started FireAntMusic.com, a small music label whose most recent release is new cumbia from Fantasma in Buenos Aires ("Fantasma City"). He runs online radio station FireAnt Radio (http://www.live365.com/index.live) and as an archival kind of guy created the Charlotte Music Archive for Charlotte's Main Library. He works part time as a Reference Services Librarian at UNCC.
