Some Laotian Buddhist monks were protesting downtown around the sheriff’s office, police department and courthouse today from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. They’re protesting about an ongoing court case. More information to follow.

I represent the Laotian Culture Center of North Carolina, LLC and have since this dispute began over two years ago. Those who propested belong to a renegade group who have absolutely no right of any kind whatsoever to the property owned by my client. They should find their own property and leave my client and its board of directors alone. The “pending lawsuit” is over. My client won. it is now time for the “protestors” to move on.
