It’s the galvanizing energy of Miles Davis’ ground breaking quintets in the 1950s that On Q Productions strives to capture in its Miles & Coltrane: Blue(.). An element of time when trumpet-blaring Davis and skillful saxophonist John Coltrane partnered to make a wondrous residual slide in soundscapes that would unleash their names to be forever known as jazz legends.
