Pearl Jam hasn’t been back to Charlotte in 10 years, so a lot of area fans were collectively saying, “It’s about damn time,” when the rock band’s upcoming 2013 tour includes a stop at Time Warner Cable Arena on Oct. 30.
Tickets will go on sale to the public on July 27 at 10 a.m. Members of the group’s fan club can buy tickets starting today.
The band has put out two albums since the last time they were in town. With a new release rumored for this fall, Pearl Jam should have plenty of material that Charlotte fans haven’t heard performed live before. Of course, we’re guessing there will be plenty of shouts for the hits, too.
