Named after a breed of fish that has odd horns atop its head, The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar is now taking reservations for their soft opening Nov. 19-21.
The restaurant, located in The Village at SouthPark, serves fusion sushi and burgers and is the newest creation of restaurateurs Marcus Hall and Alan Springate, co-owners of eeZ Fusion & Sushi in Huntersville, and Louis Camire.
