“Reunited, and it feels so good…”
Baby New Year was given a nice present this morning in the form of a confirmation from Chris Cornell that Soundgarden has reunited.
Via his Twitter feed this morning, Cornell posted:
The 12 year break is over & school is back in session. Sign up now. Knights of the Soundtable ride again! www.soundgardenworld.com
Everyone but Cornell had reunited earlier in 2009. The biggest hurdle towards the reunion, in most accounts, is the fact drummer Matt Cameron is now with Pearl Jam. No word yet on how the reunion will affect the Jam.
A co-headlining tour, if Cameron has the stamina, would sure be nice though!
