A cashier was tricked out of $100 by a smooth-talking customer; see if you can figure out how he pulled one over. The customer approached the cashier to purchase a box of Black and Tan and paid for it with a 100-dollar bill. The man told the cashier that he had paid with a Benjamin Franklin and that she did not give him the correct change back. The cashier reported being confused as the man had other bills in his hand. The man gave the money in his hand back to the cashier for her to start over again. The man ended up leaving the store with $100 more than he entered with, not to mention the beer.

Burgers Save the Day: Three men were driving on the highway when they got into a disagreement. One of the men got out of the car and began walking on the side of the interstate. The two men still inside the car repeatedly asked him to get back in the car. When he continued to refuse, one pulled a gun and commanded the man to get back in the car. He took off running and didn’t stop until he reached Wendy’s where he called the police. He was most likely too scared to order a snack.

Road Mugging: A flat tire forced a man into the dangerous world outside his automobile. As he was bending over to fix the tire of his car, an unknown suspect came up behind him and grabbed the wallet out of his right pants pocket. Instead of running, the suspect rifled through the man’s wallet on the spot, pulled out $80, then threw the wallet on the ground beside the man. The pick-pocket didn’t even run away from the scene; he casually walked off.

Winter Break!: A father called the police to report his 16-year-old son disobeyed him. The kid left for a Colorado vacation with his friends without the permission of Dad.

Thou Shall Not Steal Stereos: A church was broken into and robbed of Peavy Speakers, high frequency projection speakers, microphones with cables, head phones, three microphone stands, a microphone stand boom, a 12-channel board, a four-channel audio choice amp, a dual cassette deck, a CD player, a drum machine and speaker cables totalling over $5,000. Yes, it was a church and not an electronics store.
