Pay attention to new people you meet and what they tell you now. You are likely to encounter one who can help you find the next step in your career or life direction. Your capacity for concentration is excellent now. You can manage even the details. This is generally a fortunate week.
For All Signs: On Jan. 4, 2011 we were blessed with a conjunction of Jupiter and Uranus. This symbol is like a bright star in the sky for us all and has been reverberating since December. It will continue onward through January. The symbolic meaning is that of sudden breakthroughs, sudden opportunities, and relatively sudden shifts of perspective. It can be like a last-minute piece of good fortune that pulls us out of a pothole or a sense of hope that wells up from within our souls. Before you decide this is bull hockey talk, really take a look at the main features of your life. Somewhere there is a new flame of hope or opportunity that wants your attention. If you focus on it, you will find that it can grow until whatever shadows, fears, or dark places seem less foreboding. Notice the breakthroughs in technology that are occurring now. Notice how the general attitude in the media is brighter and less focused on doom and gloom. Although this arrangement will not fix everything, it offers hope, which gives us the heart to try.
Aries: You are now in a great position to find work or life goal opportunities offered by the Jupiter/Uranus conjunction. You are able to gracefully manage almost any challenge, whether that is management, athletic, or persuasion of others. You are probably beginning a winning streak. Projects that are concluding are very successful.
Taurus: Relationships take on an increased depth over the next three weeks. Even long-term partnerships will be sharing more intimately than usual about feelings. Positive influences and opportunities or gifts come your way. Money owed to you will be paid. Resources grow over the next month.
Gemini: Your attention shifts to matters of shared resources for the next three weeks. “Resources” include time, things of material value, energy and sexuality. The territory is wide, ranging from the mundane study of the budget, to investments, and even to important discussions with partners over the need for greater intimacy.
Cancer: There may be a crisis with your partner and/or clientele or a lover this week. There are elements of obsessive thinking and criticism involved. Be intentional about keeping an open mind and don’t insist on a black and white answer. Ultimately this situation is about the metamorphosis of necessary change and growth.
Leo: The work you have done on yourself and the organization of your life is showing its rewards in the form of improved relationships and better health. It is amazing how self-discipline and attention to detail actually yields more freedom in life.
Virgo: Mercury, your ruling planet, moves into the sector of life related to children, recreation, personal creativity, and romance. This normally happens once per year, but now it presents you with a particularly intense situation. It is an aberration from norm, but be assured it is on your soul’s path and you have what it takes to navigate. Move into it with the knowledge that a Higher Self arranged this.
Libra: There is a potential for becoming caught in ego games with a loved one. Any of the “games” will do, but this week’s aspect is particularly fond of playing “How much do you love me? Prove your feelings.” You could be asking the question or the Other might be asking you. Try to stay with communications that are more authentic.
Scorpio: You are studying something new and your concentration is at a peak. You may be discovering a new love or a new language. Fortunately your family or friends are supportive to your efforts. This intensity can bring a strain into a romantic situation because partner may feel abandoned. Reassure and give specific attention to him or her.

As it conjuncts Uranus you may in fact be making some kind of breakthrough that will give you renewed freedom to express yourself in your life. You no longer have to drag old bags of guilt behind you. Go for the gold ring, even though some others would prefer you not to move.
