Freedom Highway, with its powerful and much-needed messages for today's Charlotte, North Carolina and United States of America. The Carolina Chocolate Drops front woman's vocals are stunning and full of life. Her storytelling is captivating. For two sets at the Neighborhood Theatre, Giddens enthralled everyone in attendance. And just as Giddens told the crowd she was happy to be back in North Carolina, it was clear her fans were thrilled she was back in Charlotte.
