The annual OutCharlotte Festival, a perennial event which celebrates the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community, will be held today through next Tuesday at various local venues. Actor’s Theatre of Charlotte opens its season today with Thumbs, a new comedy/thriller by Rupert Holmes. The show will run through October 21 in Spirit Square.
