Elder Gallery is gettin’ more personal and showin’ some skin with its newest exhibition, Body Beautiful. The exhibition will feature human figure paintings completed during the 1930s and ’40s from the Leon Makielski Collection, in addition to other artists’ works — including Ed Handleman, Jung Han Kim, Leon A. Makielski, Philip Mullen, Gage Opdenbrouw, Carl Plansky, Franklin Sinanan, and Hodges Soileau — which range in all kind of techniques and styles. Exhibition continues through March 31.
