You should definitely make time to check out Lark & Key Gallery and Boutique’s newest exhibit, titled Woodcut Prints by Dan Allegrucci with featured potter Ronan Peterson. While both artists’ works vary in mediums, they offer viewers something cool to gaze upon. Allegrucci’s woodcut prints are of things like the goat-looking creature at the thicket (pictured) and explosions, among other things. On the other hand, Peterson’s ceramic works reflect nature, including the North Carolina mountains, and comic books. Continues through Aug. 30. Free. Weekly hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 11 a.m.-6 p.m.; Sunday, 12 p.m.-4 p.m. Open for gallery crawls, the first and third Friday of every month, until 9:30 p.m. Lark & Key Gallery and Boutique, 453 E. 36th St., Ste. B. 704-379-1826. www.larkandkey.com.
