Lowes Food Taste of Charlotte is back and luring foodie folks Uptown to gobble an array of foods (more than 110 menu items) from eateries around Charlotte. For those of you who don’t enjoy the same ol’ same ol’ in your diet, this is a fine day to explore the food spectrum. Food vendors will accept festival coins for samples. The festival will also feature kids play areas and merchandise tents with art, clothing, accessories, woodcrafts and live music. Free admission. Food prices vary.
