“It’s just a jump to the left/And then a step to the right/With your hands on your hips/You bring your knees in tight.” Anyone who’s ever watched The Rocky Horror Picture Show knows this song, dance and its lyrics by heart. The people at the Parks and Recreation Department have decided to bring a little of that cult classic charm to Charlotte. The Rocky Horror Dance Party is a Halloween event for adults. There will be dancing, of course, along with costume contests and a screening of the movie. Attendees must be at least 18 to be admitted, identification required at door.
