King’s X has been rockin’ the music scene with its multi-layered elements — of hard rock, grunge and other funky soulful sounds — since the ’80s. The band’s — comprised of Doug Pinnick, Ty Tabor and Jerry Gaskill — latest album, titled XV, was released in May of 2008. You can see them perform at Amos’ Southend with opening act Snowfight.
