JULY 25 — With vocalist D’Angelo still off the scene, music lovers may wonder where they can soul-filled tunes stained with jazzy undertones. My advice? Take a listen to the singer named Dwele. The Detroit native’s new CD, Sketches of a Man, is filled with mellow, soulful vocals and cool, muted horns.
