It’s Valentine’s Day and Single Cell Productions is set for its Purgatory XLII: St. Valentine’s Day Massacre event at Amos’ Southend. Expect erotic acts, interactive fetish play areas with bondage gear and things like a human red carpet (that’s right, you can walk across people — and dig your heels in). The night’s debauchery will also feature industrial, ebm, goth music by DJs Onesiktrik, Koji and Karma. Oh, and in case you don’t know: This is one of the two final Purgatory events (the next is in April), so don’t miss it. 18 and up. $20-$25. 8 p.m. Amos’ Southend, 1423 S. Tryon St. 704- 377-6874. www.amossouthend.com.
