It’s game time and from noon to 9 p.m., Charlotteans will start the yearly ritual of eating, sleeping and breathing college basketball. The games go on all day and so does the family fun. The ACC FanFest is an interactive event that runs the entirety of the tournament and includes games, face painting, school mascots, daily giveaways, refreshments and (saving the best for last) an Official Tournament Merchandise Store. As if all that isn’t enough, former ACC greats will be on hand doing clinics and the 2008 ACC Legends class will sign autographs. March 13-16. 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Free. Charlotte Convention Center, 501 S.
