A former member of Charlotte’s The Talk, the acoustically-tinged CR Rollyson is akin to a ragged street singer crooning on a corner with a dime store acoustic guitar. Rollyson’s stripped-down guitar and singer persona serves him well, with the scruffiness of Kurt Cobain and an inventive tick leaning toward Beck.
