There always seems to be a lot of gossip surrounding celebrities. Whether serious or silly, most of us will take it either way. With that in mind, you’ll want to check out Celebrity Autobiography: In Their Own Words, when it pays a visit to Booth Playhouse. The hit comedy features rando but true fun facts about a variety of celebs (the Jonas Brothers, Sylvester Stallone, Tommy Lee, Elizabeth Taylor and many others). Oh, and the show will feature performers, including Cady Huffman (the judge on Iron Chef) Jennifer Coolidge (Stifler’s mom in American Pie), creators Dayle Reyfel and Eugene Pack and more. Contains adult language. $20 and up. Jan. 25-27, 7:30 p.m.; Jan. 28-29, 8 p.m.; Jan. 30, 3 p.m. Booth Playhouse, 130 N. Tryon St. 704-372-1000. www.blumenthalcenter.org.
