Do you ever sit and find yourself questioning the past, the present, the future or other parts of your life in general? Well, imagine if someone locked you in a room with “no exit” to contemplate these thoughts. In Jean Paul Sartre’s play, No Exit, three characters are thrown together in a room by a mysterious “valet.” During their stay they do some deep, deep thinking. Check out Carolina Actors Studio Theatre’s take on this classic, when they stage a series of performances every Thursday through Saturday from April 2-25. You can’t get much more existential than this. $18-$22. April 9-11, 8 p.m.; April 16-18, 8 p.m.; April 23-25, 8 p.m. Carolina Actors Studio Theatre, 1118 Clement Ave. 704-455-8542. www.nccast.com.
