Charlotte’s D.J. Augustin missed a last second layup, sending the team’s battle with the Magic into overtime. But the fire that burned within the Bobcats during the second half and charged a comeback couldn’t fuel their overtime abilities as Orlando scored the first nine points and sent the Bobcats packing. There will be no joy in Mudville tonight. With the loss, Charlotte was eliminated from playoff contention.
