Sadly, after 21 years of operation in NoDa, Center of the Earth Gallery has announced that it will be closing at the end of May. Display a mix of art, the gallery is currently hosting an exhibition, titled A Sculptor’s Life, which features some pretty impressive wooden sculptures (see pic above) by artist James Clark. Hours are Monday by appointment; Tuesday-Friday, 11 a.m.-5 p.m. (Extended hours on Friday during NoDa Gallery Crawls); Saturday, 12 p.m.-7 p.m. 3204 N.
